Purchase, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every My Prep Notes™ purchase to feel clear and straightforward. Please review the following terms before completing your order.

Purchase Options

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, My Prep Notes purchases are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

Available products may include:

  • Physical learning tools and notebooks

  • Digital downloads and reflection resources

  • My Prep Notes app access

  • Product bundles containing physical and digital items

  • Bulk, pilot, school, nonprofit, or institutional packages

Available payment methods and installment options, if any, will appear at checkout. Payment plans provided by a third-party payment provider remain subject to that provider’s terms.

Order Cancellations

Please contact My Prep Notes through our website’s Contact page as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Physical-product orders may be canceled only before processing or fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return guidelines below.

Digital Products and App Access

Because digital products and access credentials are delivered electronically, purchases of digital downloads, license keys, and app access are final once the product, download link, or access information has been delivered.

We will gladly assist if:

  • You receive a duplicate charge;

  • You receive the wrong digital product;

  • Your download or license key does not work; or

  • A verified technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchase.

Please contact us so we can correct the issue or determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Physical Product Returns

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwritten in;

  • In its original condition; and

  • Returned with its original packaging, when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please notify us within seven calendar days of delivery if your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

After reviewing the request, My Prep Notes may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Bundles

When a bundle includes both physical and digital products, each component is governed by the policy applicable to that product type.

Digital components are final once delivered. An eligible physical component may be returned in accordance with the physical-product return requirements above. Promotional or complimentary items have no separate cash value.

Preorders

A preorder may be canceled for a full refund before the physical product ships or the digital product is released. Once fulfillment or digital delivery begins, the standard policies for that product type apply.

If My Prep Notes cancels a preorder, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Bulk, Pilot, and Institutional Purchases

Bulk orders, customized packages, pilots, workshops, and institutional purchases may have separate cancellation, payment, and refund terms stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, purchase agreement, or contract. Those written terms will govern when they differ from this policy.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
