Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
Pre-orders ship according to the timeline on the product page
Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship next business day

Shipping is calculated at checkout and typically includes:

UPS Ground
Digital Products → Instant email delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via email.

A tracking number is emailed once your physical order ships.

If your item is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check:

Front door / back door
Apartment office
Neighbors

If still missing, email us within 5 days of delivery confirmation.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
